About Us
S&G is located in Washington, D.C. We represent plaintiffs from across the United States, individually, and in class and mass tort actions primarily focusing on contingency fee based litigation where we don't get paid unless you do.
Typically, we represent clients who have suffered serious injury, death or other damages from dangerous and defective products. We also represent employees pursuing their rights against employers, particularly when it comes to proper management and oversight of their pension plans. S&G takes great pride in our personal approach to the practice of law. We treat our clients not just as business relationships, but as family.
We fight for your rights...which is why our cases are typically handled on a contingency basis so we don't get paid unless you do!
