We Fight For You!

Mass Tort & Class Action...we represent those who need our help the most.

S&G is located in Washington, D.C. We represent plaintiffs from across the United States, individually, and in class and mass tort actions primarily focusing on contingency fee based litigation where we don't get paid unless you do.

Typically, we represent clients who have suffered serious injury, death or other damages from dangerous and defective products.  We also represent employees pursuing their rights against employers, particularly when it comes to proper management and oversight of their pension plans.

S&G takes great pride in our personal approach to the practice of law.  We treat our clients not just as business relationships, but as family.

We fight for your rights...which is why our cases are typically handled on a contingency basis so we don't get paid unless you do!

Areas of Practice

Mass Tort

The majority of medications or devices prescribed by doctors are approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), which often makes us feel more secure taking or using those prescriptions. However, dangerous or defective drugs or medical devices injure thousands of people each year. If this has happened to you or to a loved one, you may be in need of a lawyer that specializes in pharmaceutical cases.

When a medical device or medication is defective, it may result in temporary physical injuries, but may also result in injuries that permanently affect the way a person is able to live and may also require some sort of ongoing treatment to mitigate the effects. The results may even be fatal. Whatever the problem that occurred, you could have the experience of a pharmaceutical lawyer by your side to make certain that you receive the proper amount of compensation that you are entitled to.

class action

How does the average American protect themselves from the misdeeds of large corporations, particularly those that they work for?  When employees of a company are all harmed by the same type of action, policy, or practice they can band together in a class action case to protect their rights and recoup their damages.

We represent plaintiffs in class actions and our practice provides access to court for people who otherwise could not afford to vindicate their rights. We take on the largest corporations in America and the best legal talent that their money can buy.  We bring class action lawsuits by employees over their 401(k), ESOP or pension plans, particularly class action cases where employees are charged excessive or undisclosed fees.
